The owner of Sand Dollar is amazing to work with, very truthful, and down to earth. My wedding dress came in with spots on it about 6 weeks until my wedding. I took it to him for cleaning and he gave me a quote for the cleaning and offered the best and most humanly advise to me. The small spots were on the inside, he said to wait until after the wedding to clean it, use the money the company will pay after and preserve it. Because anything can go wrong and you might not be able to get it replaced in time. Thank you for being honest others would have gladly taken my money but he was looking out for my best interest and I appreciate that. Nothing better than a honest business man.

If your work is that excellent on a sentimental, delicate item, I am positive it is just as excellent on my family’s clothing, and my drapes and bedspreads. Great customer service and high quality work. Steve is so friendly and clearly passionate about his business. Even after moving away from Arlington, I still bring all my dry cleaning here. I also trust him with more complicated and delicate things like beaded cocktail dresses.

Sand Dollar is the best dry cleaners in Jacksonville. Steve does a wonderful job on the ROTC uniforms but he also does a wonderful job on all of our dry cleaning. If I move to a different part of town I would still use Sand Dollar for my dry cleaning needs…… Sure I could go somewhere else for a cheaper price but you get what you pay for. Steve uses only the best products and you can tell the he takes pride in what he does. Thank you Steve you do an awesome job!
The first time that I went to get a stained removed from my blazer the stained remained on the blazer. I went back to the store and showed it to the owner. I loved the way that he took ownership of the situations and had the blazer cleaned for me in a respectful manner. I would definitely recommend going to Sand Dollar Cleaners. Great service!
